We’re going to make sure you look FABULOUS as you raise your volume!

Do the same exercise as we did in the last lesson…you can listen to the lesson or do it on your own.

BUT this week, do it in front of the mirror!! Have fun – glam it up if you’d like. Just make sure you monitor your facial muscles to see if any of them are unduly tense. We all tense our muscles a little bit when we talk louder, but you don’t want to do that too much.

If you notice a lot of extra tension, stop and massage that area. Here are some other tips:

  1. Warm tea bags over your eyes to relax the muscles around your eyes
  2. Warm or hot towel over your face
  3. Puff out your cheeks and hold for 10 seconds to relax your lower face
  4. Yawn to relax your jaw.

Enjoy this, it’s a major accomplishment!
