Have you been noticing when and where you think in your female voice, and where you don’t?

For the next few days, try to keep a journal – a running log of your thoughts and how they sound in your head. it doesn’t have to be super detailed, just name the subject and whether the sound in your head was female or not.

For example: 

Too tired, want more sleep – female sound
Want to take cab to work instead of bus – not female sound
Budget meeting, need to email the docs – female sound
My intro talk at meeting – female sound

And at the end of the day, notice the subjects or situations where it’s hard to think in your female voice. Review them, then consciously and deliberately think thoughts about that topic, using your female thinking voice.

Next speak out loud about those topics in your beautiful, female voice.
